Our Approach

How Our Training Model Works

Blue Bonnet Medical Education utilizes a blended learning model that combines self-paced independent study with intensive hands-on laboratory training.

Before Class

Prior to attending class, students complete assigned didactic coursework, reading assignments, videos, and exam preparation materials independently at their own pace. This allows classroom time to focus on what matters most — developing real clinical skills through hands-on practice.

In the Classroom & Lab

Classroom and laboratory sessions are dedicated primarily to hands-on skills development. Students will spend significantly more time performing skills than sitting in lecture.

Classroom & Laboratory Sessions Are Dedicated To

Skills demonstration by instructors
Hands-on practice using training equipment and simulation devices
Practice using professional healthcare equipment
Competency validation and instructor coaching
Peer-to-peer practice with classmates when appropriate
Supervised performance of clinical skills in a safe learning environment
Real-world clinical scenarios and troubleshooting

Our goal is to maximize confidence, competency, and hands-on experience before students enter the workforce or pursue national certification pathways.
